Seriously - what seller would turn you down if you offered all this? Sell them and show them all the professional photos and tour they will get, and then wow them with the fact that you will do everything to get their home listed in all the right places. We will do everything to this point (including YouTube and domain) and also create a listing that will get syndicated to Craigslist, GoogleBase, Yahoo, Trulia, Zillow, HotPads, Properazzi, etc.)What good is a tour if nobody can see it?

$69 photos or panoramas only.
This option is for you gawkers who are looking for partial panoramas put together in our virtual tour package, or by having us gloss up your existing photos. We know you may already be handy with a camera, but may not have the equipment and software to photograph the panoramas. You can also use this option if you’re just looking to own exquisite photos of your property and are not interested in a virtual tour. We use an extremely wide lens with bright flash to showcase your properties at maximum quality. The feedback from home-owners is simply overwhelming.
* “all reasonable” include photos of most rooms (including bathrooms and bedrooms), but may not include laundry, garage, storage areas, unless specified. Our goal is to showcase the property the best way possible by giving you plenty of photos to choose from, including different angles of the main rooms. We never count photos – we just give you what makes the most sense. No stinginess here.
Why do we take “partial” panoramas? Glad you asked. Our software and tour interface is the latest in Flash technology that opens in head spinning full-screen detail. Partial panoramas do not give you that “dizzy, roller coaster” feeling. They do give you the feeling like you were just transported to the property, science fiction style. Take a peek at our samples and you’ll see what we mean. Also, partial panoramas are typically smaller in file size so the visitors do not have to wait as long for a full panorama to load – keeping them interested longer while viewing at your property. We don’t encourage thumb twiddling.

$69 partial service – Do you already own software that allows you to create your own virtual tours? Is it still difficult to get that professional look? Let us take the photos for you and you can put together the virtual tour using OUR quality photos in YOUR tour – and you can take all the credit! We will provide you with all the still photos and eye candy necessary for you to stitch together your partial panoramas.
$20 - a downloadable file for your virtual tour, including your contact information – create as many CDs from this and give away at open houses or as a closing gift! Who doesn’t like free stuff?
$90 main floor – floor plan creation. We will sketch and electronically generate an interactive floor plan to be included in the virtual tour. Cool! Room sizes, cabinet locations, and room names included! Each additional floor is only $20 (depending on size!).

Your questions please!
Can we load into Realtor.com? Yes! If you are a “Showcase” member with Realtor.com, linking is $5. If you are not a Realtor.com showcase member, they charge and extra $20.
Can your tours upload into Main Street? Yes! You need to work with your Main Street technical staff to teach you how.
Can your tours upload into wisconsinhomes.com? Yes! All you need to do is copy and paste the “MLS” tour we provide you in Paragon under Maintain Listings.
Where else can my people see my virtual tour? We believe a virtual tour is only worthwhile if people can see it. While most of our visits come from the local MLS, you could certainly benefit from our various linking services such as creating a postlet so your listing can be put out to the most-popular sites for you. Also, you’re welcome to link it on any site you wish!
